Wenn ich musik abspiele stoppt es die musik automatisch nach 20 sekunden das die ganze zeit was muss ich tun?

Can you let us know what device this is happening on (device model, OS version and Spotify version) and if you're getting any sort of error message as well, or just the music stops.
