Play button , previous song button , next song button all 3 are greyed out

Play button , previous song button , next song button all 3 are greyed out

In my device the play button and the buttons on the left and right of it won't work , no songs can be played by my spotify , when i try to open web player it says something went wrong , i tried using a different account but spotify just does not work on this laptop.
My account works on my phone but does not on the laptop
Infact no spotify acount works on my laptop

Hi there @SadGhhoul,

 

Thanks for reaching out. When did this start happening? Does this happen across different networks? Also consider checking the firewall settings on the affected laptop to see if anything is blocking access to Spotify services. The root cause must be something like this if no account works and both the webplayer and desktop app are affected.
