Welcome to the Community and thanks for reaching out!

 

Could you give us a bit more info on what's happening on your end? Does your Autoplay not trigger when the queue is empty or does it always trigger, despite being toggled off in the app's settings? A short screen recording, along with the version of Spotify you're running would also be greatly appreciated. 

 

If you haven't already, it's worth performing a clean reinstall of the app by following the steps in this article.
