Poor video quality on PC (360p or 480p)

I've seen several threads with similar complaints. But most of the time it comes down to “don't limit bandwidth”, “video will be in poor quality at first, but after a couple seconds it will get better”, “speed on wi-fi connection is insufficient, try lan”. In general, it sounds like the problem is on the user's side. I'm wondering what to do for users with good internet 1gbps (real speed is 900mbps), connected via lan, who don't have problems with hardware. And who have this problem after a couple of seconds of video loading, or after a couple of hours of watching clips. Other services don't experience these problems. Like the solution needs to be found on Spotify's side?
