Profile picture shows everywhere but on Windows Spotify app

My Question or Issue

So, I uploaded a new profile picture on Spotify from my phone, and it shows on every device and on the account website too, but not in my app on PC. I tried signing out and logging back in but that still didn't change a thing. And then, I tried changing the profile picture from my PC app, and now it only changes on PC. This is so confusing.

Thanks for the post.

This sounds like an issue with the app cache on your Desktop app. It's possible that it's not syncing the profile data correctly. It's best you do a clean reinstall of the app, following this guide. Make sure you remove all files and folders related to Spotify on your PC before reinstalling the app.
