I am in the UK on my desk top and get Spotify OK till now.....now nothing What can I do?

To start investigating this and to make sure we've covered all the basics, would you mind confirming if you've already performed a clean reinstall of the app? If not, we'd recommend following the steps mentioned in this article

 

If the issue persists, make sure you're not connected to a VPN while using the app as it changes your location and this may affect the proper behavior of the app.

 

Lastly, could you try with the Web Player to see if it makes any difference?
