Search for apps - how to find Emerge?

Does this exist on the desktop player anywhere? If so, how do I find it? http://spotifyemerge.com/ This leads me to a broader question - why is there no "search for app" function??

Hello: If I am looking at things correct this feature seems to be some of the new designed web API stuff that will be replacing the older phasing out of the third party apps inside of the desktop app. I did a little searching in the desktop app and did not have any luck finding anything there on this feature. Usually there is a load button on this kind of thing to load these inside the desktop app but there does not seem to be one built for this feature offering. It does appear that the embed players and all is included at this API site feature, so if your desktop app is already loaded, doing functions there at the site should load playlists and what not and reflect on your desktop app as well. You might play around with the embed players and the follow functions of the artists and see how your desktop app responds to the mouse results.

More of these web API's will be coming faster as the older apps are being phased out.

Strike that I finally found Emerge in the desktop app feature now. It is App number 104 in All listing of Apps.

Edied to add but the app info states that it is its own website now with spotify features built into it.
