Songs do not play after turning off spotify during the ad

Hello.

Few days ago I turned off spotify when the ad was playing. The very next day I turned on spotify again and I can't play any song (I keep getting the message "can't play current track") . No matter which album, song or anything - It just won't play on the desktop app on Windows (it works fine on my mobile phone though). Is there anything I can do about this?
