I have the same problem, I dont have any issues on my iphone but  the problem occurs when I login my account on web player. how to solve this ?

Hey @wishhing & @ozeyk,

Thanks for reaching out on the Community! And kudos for all the details provided here 🙂

Just to check, does this happen when listening through speakers or headphones? If so, are you connected through AUX cable or Bluetooth?

Could you also double-check for updates for your PC's operating system? It's also worth checking for any specific updates to your device's sounds drivers in this case. You can check the steps for Windows devices here.

If possible, should this issue persist, it would be great if you could give another internet connection a shot. For example, if you're currently using WiFi, you can try creating a hotspot on your phone to temporarily connect your computer to.

Let us know how you get on!

Hey @maxxncheese,

Thanks for reaching out.

In addition to the above troubleshooting steps, we'd also recommend checking your hosts file using this guide.
