Spotify MacroKeys for TactX keyboard

How we can use macro keys with text blocks to use Spotify (play, pause, next, prev...).

For example, I have this code:  Send {Media_Play_Pause} and it runs but only when I have the Spotify's window selected. I want to use media controlls at the same time I'm working. It's possible? Sorry for my low level of English. And thanks!
