Spotify Windows Desktop APP sound quality is lower then web player

Play a track on web player and play the same track on Windows Desktop app.
Notice the sound quality difference , I found a similar thread opened on this topic from year 2014 and it is marked as solved however I can still feel a big sound quality difference. I have tried playing with presets and hardware accelerator on/off settings but nothing comes even close to web player sound quality.

Please take this up and make the sound quality consistent.

As you can read on the support website, the sound quality is better on the desktop and mobile app when compared to the web app. Sometimes songs might sound louder on the web player than on the desktop, but the sound quality is not the same as loudness.
