While listening to the Spotify Windows client, the music I am listening to will suddenly stop after working fine for an hour or more and will keep trying to connect to some device. This has happened at two different locations.

I have Bluetooth on my phone but Bluetooth is off on my computer. It recognizes my PS4, but that's not what it keeps connecting too.
