Spotify doesn't play most songs and if it does - only 10 seconds.

My Question or Issue

Hello,

I'm new to Spotify and have the following problem: Whenever I want to play a song, I see an error stating that this song cannot be played at the moment. Then the website starts to skip over 5-7 titles in the playlist before it starts to play one. After exactly 10 seconds, the music goes quiet (but is apparently still played? The counter increases). 

I couldn't find a way to contact spotify support so I hope to find help here.

Just to make sure we're on the same page, have you tried the troubleshooting mentioned in the marked solution of this post? If not, give it a try to see if it makes any difference. 

If the issue persists, would you mind checking if it happens on the Desktop app as well?

Lastly, could you confirm if you're using any VPN when the issue happens? If so, we'd recommend turning it off to see if it works better or not.
