Spotify don't start with my PC (windows 7)

Spotify is installed but it don't start when i click on its icon.

I've tried it to uninstalled several times, but nothing happen.

When i clic to launch spotify, the circle icon turn but nothing happen.

I try to restore my C: withe the windows tool, but it didn't change anything.

I have an other PC with spotify, and it works well.

What can i do more ?

Hey @YOYOTURBO4X4, help's arrived. 

Let's try a couple of things:

• Restart your device.
• Restart the router.
• Make sure your firewall allows Spotify. Check your firewall settings.
• Perform a clean reinstall. Make sure you follow the steps provided here for Windows 7.
