Spotify for Windows (64 bit) version 1.2.51.345.gcc39d911.

Solved!

Spotify for Windows (64 bit) version 1.2.51.345.gcc39d911.

I would like to give feedback regarding Spotify for Windows (64 bit) version 1.2.51.345.gcc39d911.

I don't know if it was a deliberate update on your part, but when performing a search, I usually click on the back icon (<) until I return to the home page. However, in this version of Spotify for Windows 10, when you return everything with the < icon, it returns to the search page and not the home page.

I know there is the home button, but I have a certain level of obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) where I can't see that there is still a page to go back to with <.

Hey folks,

Thanks for getting in touch here in the Community.

It looks like you're not running the latest version of Spotify. In this case, would you mind performing a clean reinstall to make sure the app is up-to-date?

@Davii_Teixeiraa, if the behavior you mentioned doesn't change after running a clean reinstall, would you mind sending us a short screen recording of it so we can take a closer look? You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert Video option in the post editor. You can also upload it to Google Drive and share the link with us (make sure the video has the permissions for anyone to see it).

Today, I started with version 1.2.52.442.g01893f92. Probably an automatic update on startup.

I had tried to force an update by restarting the software, but I hadn't tried a reinstall. Today, I started my day with version 1.2.52.442.g01893f92. Probably an automatic update on startup and my problem was solved.

Thank you everyone for your help. 🙂
