Spotify keeps switching to other device playing same song.

My Question or Issue

Playing songs on laptop. After a random amount of time playing it jumps back to the same song that is supposedly playing on my desktop. (Green bar on the bottoms says it's playing from my desktop)

The songs is also not in my wait list or something like that.

I logged out from all devices. Even then it keeps happening.

All of this is happening while my desktop is powered off by the way.

I tried re-installing spotify on my laptop. No success.

Any ideas on how I can fix this?
