Spotify on Desktop gets no longer recognized.

My Question or Issue

 I never had an issue with this, but today, after snycing some local songs, my Spotify on PC doesn't get picked up on Discord or my phone.
I can play Music on my PC, have Spotify open and it doesn't get picked up on Discord or any devices connected.
When I play Music from my phone, it works. 

I already restarted Spotify, restarted my PC, blocked & unblocked Spotify in my FireWall.

It just won't sync with my phone or anything else.

/edit: I can switch songs on my PC and it will get picked up on my Iphone now. (But it will stay say "Playing on this Iphone" even though it's playing and skipping Music on my PC.

It also skips the timeline, like it's syncing on my phone. When I change a song on my pc, a few seconds later my phone will change. It takes a while.

No idea what is going on.

Does this only happen when you are playing the songs locally stored on your PC in Spotify?

If so, this could be because you can't play songs locally stored on one device on your other devices using Spotify.

Otherwise I don't know what could cause this sorry!
