Spotify still keeps jumping songs!

Spotify will skip the song currently playing after a few seconds. It won't play if I go back to it, or manually skip to the middle of the song.

After looking at numerous forums, I have tried:

-clean reinstallation

-turning off hardware accelation

-unchecking all local file boxes

-turning off crossfade

-cleaning out and changing folder location for cache

-playing the song from my phone and then trying to resume it on my desktop

None of these seem to work! What do I do?

My desktop:

Sony, Windows 7 Home Premium, x64, 3rd gen. Intel i7
