Everytime I double-click on spotify's icon, the program opens but it shows nothing.
Already tried to reinstall several times, but this didn't help.
I tried to open the app on my iphone and it works fine (all playlist, friend ecc)
It keeps showing me the same window with nothing in it (see Attachment).
What's the probem?
Hi.
Can you post system and application information?
You can try to run the application in administration mode and/or different compatibility modes. If none of these work try to run the installer with administrator rights.
Here's a guide how to do a "clean installtion" on Windows.
May differ a bit (I'm on windows 10)
Uninstall Spotify.
Go to "C:\Users\%Username%\AppData\Local\Spotify\Storage
Also delete the folder "C:\Users\%Username%\AppData\Local\Spotify\Users\<
Reinstall.
Here's installer that should contain a full version of Spotify:
http://download.spotify.com/SpotifyFullSetup.exe
thanks for your answer!
I am running windows 7 Professional service pack 1,64 bit.
Already tried different compatibility modes but still nothing.
Everytime I uninstall the program, all folders named "spotify" in C:\Users\%Username%\AppData\(...)" disappear, so there is no file left.
I've just tried to uninstall and reinstall (from full version, admin mode ) but the problem is still the same...
yeah I've checked and all drivers are up to date.
also, I 've already tried what is written in tha topic, but still nothing...
I wonder if the problem is a conflict with another program.
thanks anyway, you have been very kind!
still same problem
ok now we got an "upgrade" of the situation.
I tried to reinstall in safe mode, and it works perfectly! I tried to log in with facebook and everything seemed to be ok.
But in normal mode the problem remains the same.
I am thinking about a conflict with another program....
I've installed an older version of spotify (0.9.15.27.(...)) and it works (except for facebook sharing)! but everytime I restart the application, a new version is installed and the problem remains the same.
strange, isn't it?
