Spotify windows desktop always stopped at 6 second

song always stopped at 6 second,

1. i have been clearing cache(before i clearing cache, i always stopped at 4 second).

2. install, re install done.

3. trying spotify from microsoft store and download from official website, done.

4. changing cache location done.

but, it work fine on my phone. and work fine in open(dot)spotify.

idk what else to do

thanks for posting !

I'd recommend uninstalling the Spotify app, using a Registry Cleaner of any sort to search your PC for issues and then reinstall the app.

You might have traces of old installations that are interuppting the app from working properly.
