Stuttering sound & mouse when using Spotify Desktopapp & Chrome

Hello everyone,

i´m currently running Windows 10 64-bit (Anniversary Update) with up to date drivers. Im using the Spotify-desktopapp and Chrome. Since the second last update of the Spotify-desktopapp i´m experiencing a weird issue. While listening to music with the Spotify-desktopapp and browsing the web with chrome the sound and mouse randomly starts to stutter for a few seconds. This is happening at random when a page is being loaded. After a few seconds everything is working fine again. So far i haven´t been able to fix this annoying issue.

Things i´ve already tried:

- Turning off Hardware Acceleration for both

- Reinstalling both

- Updating the AHCI Driver manually

- Complete clean install of Windows with up to date drivers

Any help is appreciated!
