Suspicious updates in my Activity feed

Hi all,

So I started using Spotfiy about a month ago and ever since I've been following a fair few artists, however there's some strange stuff constantly being put on my activity feed from a couple of them.

These two artists are constantly posting this same post over and over again, and they've been doing it ever since I followed them.

Quite literally, these posts have pretty much filled up my entire feed the entire time I've had Spotify.

My question, is this normal? Does it happen on any other artists?

What I find most strange is that they're always promoting Flap Jack. I dont exactly know how Spotify handles artists, but could the artists' accounts (If they are even a thing) be compromised?
