My Question or Issue
Uninstall and reinstall and it's the same problem.
no filter at all in MY LIBRARY, as you can see in the video
Hey @gonzalomoscoso1976,
Sorry to see this has been happening; it's quite the odd app behaviour.
What I'd suggest is clearing the cached data first to see if that would make a difference. Log out of the app twice in a row after this to trigger a manual sync of your data & settings.
If this doesn't do the trick, a step further would be to remove all Spotify-related data from the device and installing a completely fresh copy of Spotify. A complete clean reinstall of the app is different than the regular reinstall because of this.
Hope this helps! Keep us posted on how things go 🙂
Vasil,, thx for the suggestions, but Spotify still can`t create new folders, after clearing the cached data, after remove all Spotify-related data from the device and installing a completely fresh copy of Spotify downloaded from Spotify Site
i try if the Web Player and in my Mac and has the same behavior
So, is the account, i guess
You can do a copy of all my playlists in a new account?
Move all my playlists to the user *
Hey there @gonzalomoscoso1976,
Thanks for your reply and for all the info shared.
We've gone ahead and edited your post, since it contained personal info. Keep in mind this is a public space, so, to maintain your personal data secure, we've deleted the username you kindly sent us.
Now, would you mind opening that other account in both your computers? Check if you can replicate this behavior there. If you can't, then you can consider transferring all the content you've saved in your library by following these steps.
Note: Take into account that if you have a Premium subscription, you'll need to cancel it and resubscribe on the new account. Remember that your subscription will go to free on the next billing date.
If you can replicate in that other account you mentioned, then we suggest running the app in Safe Mode or Safe Mode with Networking to rule out any issues with your default Windows settings and basic device drivers. Just to confirm, does the same happen on the desktop app on your Mac device? Try using both accounts to see how it goes.
Keep us in the loop!
