Unplayable Songs

Hello. I'm a Spotify Premium user from Brazil and i'm having trouble with a couple of songs i've saved. For instance, the album "Views" by Drake , most of the songs cannot be played, and a message appears on top : "This song is not available, if you have the song on your computer you can import it".

   I don't understand because this problem is exclusive to my PC, i've never had this problem on my phone. I'd like to know what i can do to fix it, and how do i import songs into Spotify from my computer.
