My Question or Issue

If you select a song and use shift+right-click or ctrl+right-click on another song further down, the interface will show all songs as selected by highlighting them (as I would expect). However, only the one song you clicked will the selected, as is indicated by the extended menu that shows up rather than the abbreviated menu you get when multiple songs are selected.

Unsure if this is intended behaviour since the UI highlighting the songs would make me expect all of them are selected, when in reality they are not. Screenshot shows the two scenarios:
The first comes by clicking a song and the right-clicking another. This highligts all songs AND opens the menu at the same time.
The second is found by clicking a song and then shift+left click another before right-clicking to open the menu.

Anyone else finding this behaviour weird and perhaps a bug, or am I alone in this and think that it's a non-issue?
