Various artists as album artist whn the album is by one band/artist only

SometimesI have difficulty finding a certain album when I start with looking up the artist and listing the albums of that artist. F.i. the album 'Operators Manual' by 'The Buzzcocks'. If I look up the Buzzcocks it's not mentioned in their list of albums. When I directly search for the album title I can find it, but somehow the artist mentioned with the album is 'Various Artists'. When I open the album every individual song has Buzzcocks as artist.

It must have someting to do with erronous meta data. Is there a place where I can report these kind of anomalies.

You can report any content errors/issues such as these directly to the Spotify content team using the instructions outlined in this topic. Once you have submitted a query, the content team will investigate and then pass any needed details over to the record label to request a correction/change if needed (so it can take some time unfortunately!).
