Won't play music

Hello,

I use Spotify on android and windows. On my android device, the application works perfectly fine, but I started my desktop today and wanted to listen to music on here and when I go to any playlist at all, it starts cycling through the tracks in the playlist. This goes for ones I have downloaded, ones I never listened to, and everything else. When I try to play a particular song without the playlist it says, "This song is not available. If you have the file you can import it." I tried logging out and back in again and I tried reinstalling the application. Nothing has worked.

Any suggestions on how to fix the problem?
