Spotify wont't start and won't be removed

Hi here, i have the problem, that spotify will not start on my Win 7 64bit Desktop. Even deinstalling is not possible. I can see the process in the Tastmanager (even twice, if i try to start spotify again, but no GUI) Any solutions? Regards HH
