can downloaded music on spotify be transferred to disc to play in cd player in car or at home (windows desktop) or my BOSE portable cd players.

That is a great question. Unfortunately, no. Spotify downloads are stored in such a way that they can only be accessed by the Spotify app. This means that you won't be able to play them if you burn them on a CD (like you would with an .mp3 file, for example).

You can always connect your device to a sound system via cable or via Bluetooth and listen to your hearts content!
