Idk why this started but idk if it was an emulator i downloaded on my HP labtop, after using it, i noticed the glitchy audio and tried everything from uninstalling the emulator, uninstalling and clean reinstalling spotify, updating sound drivers, unplugging my usb ports to see the issue, changing my power saving options, changing the audio quality on spootify but nothing work, the only solution i found was using another persons account and playing the same song that i was just playing on mine, and it was crystal clear, so please can anyone help me, i dont wanna buy anything to fix it.
Solved! Go to Solution.
Log out of your Spotify account on all devices, and then log back in.
Try accessing Spotify on a different device to see if the issue persists. If the issue only occurs on your HP laptop, you may need to troubleshoot your laptop's audio settings or hardware.
I'll be barking up the wrong tree without updates on your situation!

the first option imma try out rq, but the seccond i gotta trouble shoot it so ill check it out
Wait it wont give me an option to sign out everywhere
IT WORKED, but one take away from the solution i did for siging out everywhere is that whenever i pause or play it glitches again, but im good with that, but im worried that the glitching will happen again so i might reply back in like a few mins if it comes back.
not even a min and it came back, ill try the other option
Ok, i think i found the issue, its just that whenever i have certain pages on google, thats when spotify glitches and slow down the audio quality (it sounds like holding down space when your watching a video on youtube), ill deal with the issue for now but thankyou for your help!
Pawesome, so it sounds like you may have been straining your soundcard. Increase the buffer size if you can, like with my physical sound card (Focusrite) it gives me that option. 16 is lag city even with an i9, 1024 has next to no performance loss but will result in a small audio lag. I run mine at 256, 512 for post processing.
Don't leave me howling at the moon, keep me updated!

Not to undercut my friend @Prague here, but resetting your Windows volume mixer settings may help. It is known to fix other audio issues.
In Windows 10/11:
Right-click on the sound icon in your taskbar and select sound settings.
Scroll down to the Volume Mixer option.
On the Volume Mixer page, click the Reset button at the bottom.

wait wait this might help but two things, idk how it will change since its only on spotify that sounds buggy on my account since i did two tests on youtube and spotify with the same song, with youtube having the better quality, and how did you get to that page too?
