Hey @31oxhoyltzcalon2k6gj

Just to clarify, does this echo happen when you use other music software or the browser's Spotify? Does this also happen when you switch output devices, for example when you plug in headphones?

I'd take a very close look to any and all audio settings. This TheWindowsClub article has some useful methods to try, especially the one with the "listen to this device" setting.
Also, since Windows allows audio-playing programs to have dedicated settings, it doesn't hurt to check whether Spotify is using the playback device you want it to use. They're somewhat tricky to locate, but this HowtoGeek article will take care of explaining it all.

Let me know what you find 🙂
