jam not working on desktop

jam not working on desktop

Hello, I'm using Spotify for Windows (64-bit) 1.2.48.405.gf2c48e6f on 2 different computers.
And I'm not getting the Jam feature.
I bought a family plan 1 week ago and I'm a member.
I have tried to do it on mobile and web as well and I get the feature on mobile.
I wasn't able to join Jams on the desktop as well.
And my account is based in Israel.
I hope I have given you enough information so you can assist me.

So it's only on Desktop where the Jam doesn't work, is that correct? If so, consider trying the following:

  • Perform a clean reinstall on the affected device(s)
  • Try using different networks
  • If you use any sort of VPN or private network, disable it and try again
