Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. Hope you don't mind us replying in English as it's the official language of the forum. 

Keep in mind that downloading albums or playlists for offline listening is a Premium feature, so if you're currently on a free plan, it's expected that you won't see an option to do so. When using the free service, you can only download podcast episodes. 

If you're on Premium and still can't download your content, this article has some useful tips under "Not downloading?". Give them a try to see if it makes any difference.
