"Account is used somewhere else"

"Account is used somewhere else"

I know for a fact that my account is not hacked. This is a bug of some sort on my account.

 

Everytime I try to play music it will at random times stop and say that my account is being used elsewhere. 

 

Anyone know how to solve this?

Hey thanks for posting, 

 

Spotify can only be played from one device at a time. If you are seeing message that Spotify is being used elsewhere then check you’re not playing Spotify anywhere else, then click play to resume.

If you’ve left your account logged in somewhere you can sign out remotely from your account page.

For extra safety, you can change your password.

 

Tip: You can seamlessly stream from one device to another with Spotify Connect.
