Hello and welcome to the Spotify Community! Allow me to try to assist you on this one 😄

Could you show us a picture referring to your issue? That'd give us a clearer idea. Usually people get a blank black screen where they can't click on anything. That is easily fixed with disabling hardware acceleration.

Just in case, I'll show you the fix so you can try it 🙂

You can try launching Spotify from a command line using:

%APPDATA%\Spotify\spotify.exe --disable-accelerated-layers --disable-accelerated-fixed-root-background

If you aren't familiar with how to do this, easiest way is:

- Press Start.

- Type "run" and hit return. You should get a little "Run" dialogue.

- As long as your Spotify is installed in the default location, copy and paste the command above into the box (clear whatever is in it first).

- Press OK. Spotify should launch.

If nothing changes, also make sure to have graphic drivers up-to-date.

That'd be the first solution I could give you to see if it works. If nothing happens, please let me know 🙂
