spotify on windows 11 laptop does not show the local files playlist anymore, despite local files being enabled and set to the correct folders

it's been happening for days

I already did a clean reinstall

Once you enable local files, please head to your library and search for "local". If it shows up then you can pin that playlist so it always appears on the top.

You can also try transferring those files to your mobile or other device with the Spotify App installed and the local files feature turned on. See if you can see those files in the App on other devices.
