there is no crossfade feature on my laptop

on my phone i can go into playback settings and adjust crossfade and automix. when on my laptop, these features do not show up atall and i eed to use spotify on my laptop during zoom.

Just to check, are you running the latest version of the Spotify app on your computer? It's worth checking so that it's up-to-date, to ensure that you're rocking the latest features and fixes.

Also, keep in mind that the Crossfade option is currently not available on the Web Player, however, it can be switched on and used in the mobile & desktop app. You can find more details on this page 🙂

Should the option not appear in the desktop app, could you let us know what app version you currently have installed? It would also be great if you could send us a screenshot showing how things look from your end.
