unable to play music on PC app

My Question or Issue

My spotify account can play on my phones, web player, but can't play on my PC app, I also lost all my favourites. I uninstalled it and relogin for dozens of times, but still not work. I tried another PC but still have the same problem.

Another problem is I can't connect it with my phone to play songs.
