Please help me find this song

I’m trying to remember a sad song about a guy losing wife in a car accident, he is sad that they had a fight before she left. In the song, the singer talks to the guy that hit her, to ask what the guy was thinking, and the guy tells him that he wasn't thinking at all. It's a indie folk song, by a male artist. I thought I liked the song, and listened to it many times, but don't see it anymore, so maybe it got removed from Spotify. I cannot remember the artist or the song name, so maybe someone knows of the song I'm talking about. ChatGPT could not figure it out, and Spotify search is **bleep**.
