Bring back "Pin playlists to homescreen"

According to a discussion on https://community.spotify.com/t5/Your-Library/Move-playlists-to-Homescreen/td-p/5453989 it is "currently not available".

Albums are possible to be pinned to the homescreen, but the support to do the same with playlists is removed recently

Through this way I would like to request to add this functionality back to the android app

Are there any updates on this? Should I cancel my subscription and look for another music service?

Quand est-ce que vous remettez le bouton, "Ajout de la Playlist sur l'écran d'accueil" du téléphone ???

Pour créer des raccourcis de nos playlists préférées.... C'était possible, ça ne l'ait plus... 

Les mises à jour sont sensées optimiser l'application, pas lui enlever des fonctions incontournables et indispensables....

I have an addition to this. The Spotify logos should be removed from them. On my tablet, they never had the logos. Then I was able to put playlists on my home screen, on my phone (or again), but they had the logos, which was not how I first experienced having the playlists on my home screen.

If I had to guess, Spotify want to force 100% of traffic through their app so they can promote paid content. Even though a lot of us are premium. If I'm right, I can't say it helps my view of the company.

Let us Add Spotify playlists/podcasts/albums to our phone's home page or a devices desk top for easier access since spotifys home page isn't customizable. This should look similar to one notes function of adding pages to home screen (refer to screenshot).
