Fix book/podcast playback to keep preference on speed

I am begging you to please fix the podcast and audiobook player.

A recent release set it so that podcasts default back to 1X speed every time, instead of what I left it set to.

The user knows their preference better than a default setting, so if I prefer my podcasts at 1.3X, leave it there until I change it. This should obviously stay set for specific shows. I would understand if you wanted to change it when I start a new show, but if I listen to the same show every morning, I don't want to have to constantly fiddle with the player every time. 

Also, if I'm listening to a book at 1.2 or 1.3X, why on earth would you reset it every time I come back to the book?
