Make feedback easier and listen to it

Tech companies pay nerds to predict what people want, without actually listening to what people want (I’m one of those nerds, but jfc…). All of that is to say, don’t give me some stupid ui that shows videos and doesn’t let me scan on the ‘recommended for me’ tracks? It’s all or none… ‘we think you like this, so you have to listen to the whole gd track and watch the video’. Literally nobody wants that.

As a consumer, who pays for your product… You make it almost impossible to give feedback on literally any aspect of your product. We use it, we pay for it, we’d like to tell you how to improve it so we’ll continue paying for it (maybe even pay more!!!!).
