Ticket selling platform

I'm sure that I'm not the first one to think of this, and there must be far more complexity to this idea than I'm aware of or could understand. However, from what I do understand, there is an on-going civil law suit against Ticketmaster from the department of justice that could potentially change the monopoly of ticket selling, and I think Spotify should be the first to take advantage of it. A Global Strategy Group poll showed that 60% of Americans would support efforts to break up Ticketmaster, and while there are already notable third party ticket selling sites, I would argue that Spotify is far more well known and has the potential to offer an incentive that other ticket selling sites cannot- analytics. My suggestion would be to make presale only available to those who are in the top 5-10% of listeners for the specific artist. Alternatively, if the artist was one of the top five in a listeners previous Spotify Wrapped, they would be entitled to presale; the only issue with this method is breakout artists, who wouldn't have had the opportunity to have been in a previous years Spotify Wrapped. Not only would this be beneficial to fans, but if Spotify is able to beat other streaming platforms to this venture and monopolize to an extent, it would encourage those using other streaming platforms to switch to Spotify, increasing revenue. Spotify could also increase their monthly subscription, but people would be willing to pay a higher rate if it meant that they had a better opportunity of securing tickets to their favourite artists. I'm no business expert so I can imagine this is an ignorant take, but even if it's far more complicated than how I'm implying it to be, I think if there was any time to consider this idea it would be now.
