Good evening, I have a question why I can't listen to all the songs from OxT, some of them just don't appear in the search. Thank you in advance for your answer.!)))
Solved! Go to Solution.
Hi there Nostradamu5, here could be several reasons why you can't see all the music from the artist OxT on Spotify. Here are a few possibilities:
Regional availability: Some songs or albums may not be available in your country due to licensing restrictions or other reasons. This means that while the music is available on Spotify in other countries, it may not be available in yours. You can check if this is the case by searching for the music on Spotify in other countries or contacting Spotify's customer support team for more information.
Artist's preferences: Sometimes, an artist may choose to only release certain songs or albums on specific platforms. It's possible that OxT has chosen to only release some of their music on other streaming platforms, or they may have removed certain songs or albums from Spotify for personal or artistic reasons.
Technical issues: Occasionally, songs or albums may not appear in search results due to technical issues. This could be a temporary glitch in the system or an error in the metadata for the song or album. In this case, clearing your cache or restarting the app may help.
Hope to of provided some clarification, let me know if you've got any other questions fam.
Highest regards from the Westcoast,

Just go to artist's page, click on extension icon and click "Show all songs" button.
I've already spoken to tech support, and they checked that most of their songs are only available in the US, UK, and Japan.
Dang, VPN time? lol

The issue of not being able to see all the music from an artist can have several possible causes, depending on the platform or service you are using to access the artist's music. Here are some possible solutions you can try:
Check if you are using the correct platform: Make sure you are using the platform or service that offers the artist's entire music collection. For example, if you are searching for an artist on a streaming service like Spotify, make sure you are using the correct spelling of the artist's name and that you are searching for their name in the search bar.
Check if the artist's music is available in your region: Sometimes, the availability of an artist's music may vary based on your location. If you can't find all of the artist's music on a particular platform, it's possible that the music is not available in your region due to licensing or other legal restrictions.
Check if the artist has multiple profiles: It's possible that the artist has multiple profiles on the platform or service you are using, and their music is distributed across these profiles. Try searching for the artist using different variations of their name or nicknames they might use.
Contact the customer support: If none of the above solutions work, consider reaching out to the platform's customer support for assistance. They may be able to help you identify the issue and find a solution to it.
In summary, the best way to fix the issue of not being able to see all the music from an artist is to make sure you are using the correct platform, check if the music is available in your region, and search for the artist using different variations of their name. If these solutions do not work, consider contacting customer support for assistance.
The reason you may not be able to find all the songs from OxT in your search is likely due to various factors, such as licensing agreements, regional restrictions, or availability on the specific platform or streaming service you are using. Music availability can vary based on the platform's catalog and the agreements in place between the artist, record label, and streaming service. It's recommended to check if the missing songs are available on other platforms or reach out to the streaming service's customer support for more information.
