Spotify needs to do better.

Al has ruined this app completely. I'm all for new technology and what not, but Spotify is completely relying on Al which is just having detrimental effects on the user experience.

Shuffle always plays the same songs over and over it's actually ridiculous. Not to mention how horrible of a job Al does with adding THE SAME SONGS over and over on the Spotify playlists such as i.e. Daylist. It's such a shame because Spotify used to be my favorite app 5 years ago but ever since post covid this app has seriously went downhill and I feel like only the ones who can actually tell that something is significantly wrong with this app, are the ones who've been using this app for a long time. Spotify do better there's no reason for this poor user experience, you guys have no issue bumping the price up every year to damn near $12 a month for premium-hire some people and stop relying on Al to do all the work, geez! Yall are not listening to your customers and it's causing negative emotions towards your brand.
