My Question or Issue

One of the song I found has noise. Please help fix the issue. Here is the song name:

I've just played that song on both my mobile and my computer, and it works perfectly.

 

Can you please log out and then back in to see if it helps?

 

Also, it's worth trying other devices and see how it goes.

I would say the same thing. Restart all your devices that you are using the app on and then play the song again. 

Thank you for your response. I may have used the wrong adjective, which caused a misunderstanding. I tried listening to the song with different devices. There was a skipping sound, and I'm not sure if 'skipping' is the right term. Iโ€™ve recorded the timestamps, which may help. I think this issue could be caused by imperfections or scratches on the CD during the burning process. Below are the timestamps when the issue occurred:

I've listened again carefully and I also hear these 'skipping' sounds. That's probably an error during the upload process done by the artist.

 

In this case you can either try to get in touch with the artist himself through his social media channels, or with the Spotify staff through the link bellow:

Click on "Send us a message" and the support staff will help you.
