Share the oldest song from your library

Feel free to share the track with the oldest release year that you’ve saved to your Spotify library so far.

The oldest track in my library is “Afro-Blue” from John Coltrane’s Live At Birdland album, which was recorded in 1963:

Whose song is the oldest here?

Hi @YulTheWizard, so far @Miselio's song has the earliest release year (1939). Cheers!

I'm going to find the oldest song and force myself to like it (literally guessing because google is blocked because of screen time ;-;)

I started Spotify back in 2015 and I have no clue how I found this song but it was the first song I added.

Too bad it's not possible to sort by publication date 😞 That makes the search a lot more compilcated 😄 Please don't ask how i found this one by Alessandro Moreschi the Last Castrato Singer on a tape from somewhere between 1902 and 1904. I think thats the oldest record i can find in my Random Tracks Playlist 😅

Hey folks,

Mine is Frenesi by Julie London from 1963, or the year my father was born.

Hey folks 🙂

Mine is Respect (1967) by Aretha Franklin. The original version by Otis Redding is also very good. And if you are like me- dance enthusiast- both versions are perfect for some dancing.

This was the very first song I liked to my library since Microsoft now uses Spotify as it's main music service.
