Downtime September 26th: Users who paid for Premium not getting Premium features.

We've gotten reports that users who've paid for Premium and are logged in the correct account do not see the Premium feature. This affects different products, such as Premium Individual, Duo, Family, etc. 

 

We're aware of this and it's being looked into.

Thanks for your patience while we looked into this issue.

 

We’re happy to say that this should now be fixed for everyone! Just make sure your latest payment was successful on your account page. If yes, log out and log in onto your Spotify account; this way the system will refresh. Make sure to log in onto the right account.

 

If you're still having trouble, make sure to post a new thread in the relevant help board here.

I bought spotify premium and i have a receipt saying i did buy it but when i go to the app it’s saying i still have spotify free and i logged out deleted the app downloaded it and logged back in it’s still saying the same thing
I joined a family plan, however my spotify app does not reflect that, I've tried signing in and out however it didn't work it still shows free account
