Premıum 3 ay ücretsiz kullandıktan sonra kredi kartı bilgilerimi değiştirip kullanmaya devam etmek istiyorum fakat değiştiremiyorum

Nice to hear from you.

 

Here are some steps you can use:

  • Log in to your account page.
  • Under Your plan, click UPDATE next to your payment method.
  • Enter a new payment method.

In case your plan shows Free (which it will) you should re-subscribe to Premium either through the account page or from Here . If you're experiencing payment issues, you can check out This article

Dediğinizi uyguluyorum fakat karşıma yeni bir ödeme yöntemi çıkmıyor kredi kartı bilgilerimi hiçbir şekilde değiştirecek bir seçenek çıkmıyor. Kredi kartı ilde öde ya da kurye faturası ile ödeme yöntemi çıkıyor kredi kartına basıyorum tüh bir sorun oluştu deniyor defalarca denedim ama nafile...

I hope you don't mind me replying in English

If you're having trouble with failed payments, you could try making sure that:

 

  • Your credit card needs to be issued in the same country as the country of their Spotify account. The card needs to be open for foreign, recurring and online payments. You also need to have set up a 2 factor authentication.

If you can confirm that you've done have all this, you can try the following:

 

  • Try with an incognito / private window.
  • Try clearing the browser's cookies and cache.
  • Try with another browser.
  • Try with another device.
  • Or enter a different payment method.

If the payment still fails, you should reach out to your bank so they can check why the payment fails. You can also get in touch with Customer support  , who'll take a closer look.
