Why I cannot use an opportunity of "3 miesiące za 19,99 zł"?

The offer you're describing is for returning users who are on Free but who reverted to the free service from Premium before October 16th, 2018. If you've had Premium after this date, you won't be able to take part of it. 

We do provide offers every now and then, so be sure to check out this page to see if you find anything you're eligible for.
